This Ashtanga inspired yoga class is a dynamic form of practice rooted in a flowing sequence of postures with a focus on energy and breath. While a physical practice, it also greatly promotes mental clarity and inner peace. Class begins and ends with a Sanskrit chant and is balanced throughout with specific asanas (postures), pranayama (breath-work), and drishtis (focal points). See you on the mat!
