Join us for a soothing session that combines gentle breath work and a sound bath to help you tune into your light body. Through calming breathing techniques, you'll reboot your nervous system, release stagnancy, and boost your serotonin, leaving you feeling lighter and more balanced. The session will also feature a sound bath meditation with the healing vibrations of drums, crystal bowls, chimes, and Jenny’s voice, focusing on harmonizing the solar plexus, heart, and throat chakras for love, self-expression, and balance.
Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket, pillow, and water bottle for added comfort.
