A candlelit yoga practice to end your day. A slow yet powerful healing practice to prepare you for a good nights rest. After a full body stretch we will enter into Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a practice of holding poses on the ground for a few minutes at a time to ease deeper into the postures and receive healing benefits, releasing tense energies. This practice helps relieve anxiety, create a safe space to let go and strengthens and lengthens the connective tissues of the body. This is not a beginner class, know that these poses will be bringing you to your edge of comfort and discomfort. If you have serious injuries this class may not be for you. This is a class for deep releases in the cells, bones and energetic body.
