A rhythmic yoga sequence to 90’s Hip Hop. An energizing vinyasa flow to strengthen your body and tune into your inner spiritual gangster. This powerful sequence will challenge you to engage your muscles and breathe into each pose to get your blood flowing and expand your being. We will stimulate our chakras, lengthen the spine and connect with our intuition. A full body flow with a ten minute savasana. Savasana is a full body surrender relaxation meditation. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
