Just Be Breath-work

This class is a chance to slow down and center yourself, acknowledge what is going on within. We will begin with some breath-work to connect with our bodies, breath and RELEASE anxiety and spinning sensation of the hustle and grind. We will next do a meditation connecting with ourselves on a deep and intimate level, creating space to let go and release in any way needed. (cry, exhale, sigh etc.) We will finish up with some energizing breath-work to come back to reality and gain full permission to just be.
