Honor your Emotions

Emotions are meant to be felt, expressed and witnessed, however in our culture we are taught the opposite. In this breathwork class we will be tuning into our internal emotional states privately to ourselves by going on a breath journey and answering journal prompts. We will journey into these emotions through a powerful breath sequence to allow our bodies, minds and spirits to truly feel and sit with whatever needs to be experienced for you.
